XTYP_POKE
XTYP_POKE
A dynamic data exchange (DDE) server callback function receives the XTYP_POKE
transaction when a client specifies XTYP_POKE in DdeClientTransaction function. A client uses this transaction to send unsolicited data to the
server.
Parameters
uFmt
Specifies the format of the data sent from the server.
hconv
Identifies the conversation.
hsz1
Identifies the topic name.
hsz2
Identifies the item name.
hdata
Identifies the data that the client is sending to the server.
dwData1
Not used.
dwData2
Not used.
Return Value
A server callback function should return the DDE_FACK flag if it processes
this transaction, the DDE_FBUSY flag if it is too busy to process this
transaction, or the DDE_FNOTPROCESSED flag if it rejects this transaction.
Remarks
This transaction is filtered if the server application specified the
CBF_FAIL_POKES flag in the DdeInitialize function.
