VwStreamReadRecordFunc
Outputs a single record by calling various stream output functions.
This function should output a single record and then call the SOPutBreak function with the SO_RECORDBREAK value before returning. The SO_EOFBREAK and
SO_SECTIONBREAK conditions do not need to be trapped by this function.

Handle of the file for execute input and output (XIO) routines.

Data to be saved for the record.
