usrmod3_lockout_duration
Indicates, in seconds, how long a locked account will remain locked before
being automatically unlocked.
usrmod3_lockout_observation_window
Specifies the maximum time, in seconds, between any two failed logon attempts
for lockout to occur.
usrmod3_lockout_threshold
Specifies the number of invalid password authentications for which an account
is to be marked as locked out.
