The USER_INFO_1051 structure contains user information for network accounts.

Members
usri1051_primary_group_id
Specifies the relative ID (RID) of the Primary Global Group for this user. For
the NetUserAdd function, this member must be DOMAIN_GROUP_RID_USERS (defined in the
NTSEAPI.H file). For the NetUserSetInfo function, this member must be the RID of a global group that represents the
enrolled user.
