SetMenuContextHelpId
The SetMenuContextHelpId function associates a help context identifier with a menu. All items in the
menu share this identifier. It is not possible to attach a help context
identifier to the individual menu items.

Parameters
hmenu
Handle to the menu with which to associate the help context identifier.
dwContextHelpId
Help context identifier.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
