The SetDeviceGammaRamp function sets the gamma ramp on direct color display boards.

Parameters
hdc
Handle to the device context.
lpRamp
Pointer to a set of three arrays of 256-byte elements. These arrays are the
mapping between color values in the frame buffer and DAC values. The first array
is red, the next is green, and the final one is blue.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
Remarks
Direct color display modes do not use color look-up tables. The direct color
modes are usually 16-, 24-, or 32-bit. Not all direct color video boards support
loadable gamma ramps. This function succeeds only for those drivers that
support loadable gamma ramps in hardware.
