wFormat
Alignment format, indicating the relationship between the point and the base
line or bounding rectangle of the text. This member can be a combination of
these values:
SOTA_BASELINE
| Aligns the point and base line of the font.

| Aligns the point and bottom of the bounding rectangle.
| SOTA_CENTER
| Aligns the point and horizontal center of the bounding rectangle.

| Aligns the point and left side of the bounding rectangle.
