Rect
Rectangle that bounds the ellipse containing the arc.
StartAngle
Angle specifying the starting point of the arc. The angle is defined in tenths
of a degree, counterclockwise from the positive x-axis. To set this member,
use the SOANGLETENTHS macro.
EndAngle
Angle specifying the ending point of the arc. The angle is defined in tenths
of a degree, counterclockwise from the positive x-axis. To set this member, use
the SOANGLETENTHS macro.
