RASNOUSER
[New - Windows NT]
The RASNOUSER structure is used with the RasPBDlgFunc callback function to specify authentication credentials and other
information. This structure enables dial-up networking operations that begin before a user
has logged on. It is provided to support the WinLogon application, and is not
typically used by other applications.
typedef struct tagRASNOUSER {
IN DWORD dwSize;
IN DWORD dwFlags;
OUT DWORD dwTimeoutMs;
OUT TCHAR szUserName[ UNLEN + 1 ];
OUT TCHAR szPassword[ PWLEN + 1 ];
OUT TCHAR szDomain[ DNLEN + 1 ];
} RASNOUSER;
Members
dwSize
Specifies the size of this structure, in bytes. This member indicates the
version of the structure.
dwFlags
Reserved; must be zero.
dwTimeoutMs
Specifies the time, in milliseconds, before the RasPhonebookDlg dialog box closes and returns to the caller as if the user had pressed the Close button. This feature is required for code that displays a window during
WinLogon. If the user leaves his or her terminal for some time, the dialog box
closes and WinLogon reverts to the CTRL+ALT+DEL prompt.
szUserName
Specifies a null-terminated string that contains the name of the user. This
string is used to authenticate the user's right to access the remote access
server.
szPassword
Specifies a null-terminated string that contains the user's password. This
string is used to authenticate the user's right to access the remote access
server.
szDomain
Specifies a null-terminated string that contains the domain on which
authentication is to occur. An empty string ("") specifies the domain in which the
remote access server is a member.
