Parameter Error Reporting
The Add and SetInfo functions return an index for a parameter in error. The
caller may pass a NULL pointer for the parm_err parameter indicating that the
field should not be set by the function. For remoted functions to LAN Manager 2.x
servers, this field is returned as PARM_ERROR_UNKNOWN.
