Old Menu-Template Format
An old menu template (for versions of Windows earlier than Windows 95 and
Windows NT 4.0) defines a menu, but does not support the new menu functionality. An
old menu-template resource has the RT_MENU resource type.
An old menu template consists of a MENUITEMTEMPLATEHEADER structure followed by one or more MENUITEMTEMPLATE structures.
