NetMessageNameDel
The NetMessageNameDel function deletes a message alias from the table of message aliases on a
computer. This function requires that the Messenger service be started.
Security Requirements
Only members of the Administrators local group can successfully execute NetMessageNameDel on a remote server.

Parameters
servername
Pointer to a Unicode string containing the name of the remote server on which
the function is to execute. A NULL pointer or string specifies the local
computer.
msgname
Pointer to a Unicode string containing the message name to be deleted. The
string cannot be more than 15 characters long.
