Menu Creation Functions
Using menu creation functions, you can create menus at run time or add menu
items to existing menus. You can use the CreateMenu function to create an empty menu bar and the CreatePopupMenu function to create an empty menu. To add items to a menu, use the InsertMenuItem function. The older AppendMenu and InsertMenu functions are still supported, but InsertMenuItem should be used for new applications.
