ImageList_GetIconSize
The ImageList_GetIconSize function retrieves the dimensions of images in an image list. All images in
an image list have the same dimensions.

Parameters
himl
Handle to the image list.
cx
Pointer to integer variable that receives the width, in pixels, of each image.
cy
Pointer to integer variable that receives the height, in pixels, of each image.

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
