list.

Parameters
himl
Handle to the image list.
i
Index of the image.
flags
Combination of flags that specify the drawing style. For a list of values, see
the description of the ImageList_Draw function.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is the handle of the icon or cursor.
If the function fails, the return value is NULL.
