ImageList_DragMove
The ImageList_DragMove function moves the image that is being dragged during a drag-and-drop
operation. This function is typically called in response to a WM_MOUSEMOVE message.

Parameters
x
Specifies the x-coordinate at which to display the drag image. The coordinate
is relative to the upper-left corner of the window, not the client area.
y
Specifies the y-coordinate at which to display the drag image. The coordinate
is relative to the upper-left corner of the window, not the client area.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
Remarks
To begin a drag operation, use the ImageList_BeginDrag function.
