Parameters
pShlLnk
Pointer to the IShellLink interface. In C++, this parameter is implicit.
pszIconPath
Pointer to a buffer that contains the path of the file containing the icon.

Index of the icon.

Returns NOERROR if successful or an OLE-defined error value otherwise.
