Parameters
iob
Index of the object to convert. If this parameter is REO_IOB_SELECTION, the
selected object is to be converted.
rclsidNew
Class identifier of the class to which the object is to be converted.
szUserTypeNew
User-visible type name of the class to which the object is to be converted.
Return Values
Returns success status. Use GetScode to retrieve an SCODE. Can be S_OK on success or E_INVALIDARG if the index is
invalid, or an SCODE returned from OLE.
