Help Menu
Most applications provide user access to help information by including a Help
menu in the main window. When the user selects an item from a Help menu, the
corresponding window procedure receives a WM_COMMAND message that identifies the selected item. The application responds by
displaying the appropriate help information, such as a list of help topics, an index,
or an introduction to the application.
