GetArcDirection
The GetArcDirection function returns the current arc direction for the specified device context.
Arc and rectangle functions use the arc direction.

Parameters
hdc
Identifies the device context.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value specifies the current arc
direction. Following are the valid return values:
Value
| Meaning
| AD_COUNTERCLOCKWISE
| Arcs and rectangles are drawn counterclockwise.
| AD_CLOCKWISE
| Arcs and rectangles are drawn clockwise.

If an error occurs, the return value is zero.
