FlattenPath
The FlattenPath function transforms any curves in the path that is selected into the current
device context (DC), turning each curve into a sequence of lines.

Parameters
hdc
Identifies a DC that contains a valid path.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error
information, call GetLastError. GetLastError may return one of the following error codes:
ERROR_CAN_NOT_COMPLETE
ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER
ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY
