"FileContents" Format
The data object contains the contents of one or more files in a format that
can be written to a file. When a group of files is being transferred, the target
of the drag and drop operation can use the lindex member of the FORMATETC structure to indicate which file to retrieve. The names and attributes of
each file are contained in the "FileGroupDescriptor" data.
