Retrieves the IME composition color. This message is available only in
Asian-language versions of the operating system.

lParam = (LPARAM) (COMPCOLOR *) aCompColor;
Parameters
aCompColor
Address of a 4-element array of COMPCOLOR structures that receives the composition color.
Return Values
Returns nonzero if successful, zero otherwise.
